In Calgary, the Calatrava Bridge controversy with overruns and improper approvals nearly bent itself sideways into The Bow - with the other real estate scandal (or another or other or other) - to become the pricey Piece Bridge to honour soldiers, so everyone just forgot about the issues, and the fact there are 2 other foot bridges, not far away, and it appears this one is for the high-end condos?
